The underground loop system is covered by warranty for fifty years and should last twice that long. The geothermal system uses the heat provided by the sun. It pulls free energy out of the ground and pumps it into the home. It doesn’t burn fossil fuels to create heat, so there is no combustion process. It eliminates troubles over fumes, redhouse gasses and carbon monoxide. The process is lovelyly clean and safe. When the weather warms up, the system reverses the operation. It acts just care about a conventional cooling system and draws heat out of the beach house to create a cooling effect.
