I’d spout off about how this summer time every one of us were making some changes around here when it came to Heating as well as A/C cooling. But I never absolutely did anything about it. Well, that’s not particularly true. Every Spring, I have the Heating as well as A/C professional do the air conditioning tune-up on which is essential to saving currency on summer time Heating as well as A/C cooling. A tuned up heat pump means that it’s running at peak efficiency which is a big deal when it comes to saving. But this year, I went deeper. I absolutely went online & got a wonderful check list on prepping our beach house for the summer time heat. The biggest thing I had to do was replace all the weather stripping around all entrances. I could see sun around the edges of the doors the weather stipping was so cooked by the sun. Sealing the beach house continued with plugging all the gaps & cracks on the outside of the beach house as well. But the big thing was the temperature control. This year, I l acquired how to program the digital temperature control. So then inside of the beach house will never be more than 15 degrees cooler than outside during the peak heating hours. I can’t wait to see just how much every one of us save.
