Our rental house had a broken air conditioner
After the weekend was over both of us left an excruciating review for the owner, because they didn’t admit that the A/C was broken
Six school students, a single van, plus a single tiny rental lake house on the beach! The people I was with and I pooled all the cash both of us had – which was not much – to set up everything for a perfect weekend. The people I was with and I had boring stuff care about clothes plus towels plus toothbrushes, plus then a trunk full of fun stuff care about wine plus weed. This was not a genuinely nice rental house, however it was the best both of us could afford… However, since both of us were all together, with tons of celebration favors, both of us assumed that the lake house couldn’t get in the way of our “lost weekend.” The people I was with and I were almost right! The lake house wasn’t bad, however it lacked a working a/c, which became more of a problem as time went on, but even with the windows open to the sea breezes, it was not enough for effectively cooling off such a big plus sizzling locale… During the day both of us spent most of the time outside in the water, however at night that lack of A/C genuinely hit us hard. Especially because both of us were drinking a lot, plus taking some pills, our body heat was much higher than usual. To cool off both of us really went back outside at midnight to roll in the gentle waves, which was nice, however it still would have been better if the locale was air conditioned. It turns out the A/C had been broken for many weeks, plus there were a lot of other disadvantaged reviews both of us found.
