Living in the moment save me on HVAC repair
I’ve always been the sort who just can’t sit still.
From the time I was a kid until fairly recently, I was not the sort that was able to just relax plus take it all in. I think I actually wanted distraction to keep me from thinking too much. That’s my theory anyway. So when I got sent house from the zone controlled HVAC of the office during the pandemic, I was a bit stymied. I entirely didn’t suppose how I was going to get along without all the interaction plus my tied up schedule. Plus, I live alone now that my wifey plus I are no longer married. We’re friends however that’s where the two of us should have kept it. So working at my house in my own a/c was a bit of a game changer for me. I was alone plus I had to get right with it. While I did have the online meetings for work, I entirely wasn’t dealing with people at all for weeks. Social life was on hold so I took the time to start living more in the moment. And believe it or not, I sort of took to it. I don’t suppose what it was about this stage in life that allowed me to sit with myself. But it was pretty remarkable. And I had things like saving the HVAC equipment as a result of being better at living in each moment. While I was working from home, the room I had my house office in was right next to the HVAC cabinet outside. I actually was paying enough attention to notice a difference plus call the HVAC dealer. I caught what could have been a large concern entirely early plus saved a bunch of cash on an HVAC repair.
