The boss has a child & he is a complete jerk
I have been laboring for the same HVAC maintenance supplier for the last 5 years, and during that time, I never knew that the boss had a son.
The boss never talked about the guy, but he never talked much about his family at all.
Every a single of us were surprised when the guy started laboring at the maintenance business. The two of us did not know what to expect. I got stuck laboring with that guy during the first week. He was particularly lazy & rude. He did not toil particularly strenuous & he did not have as much comprehension about HVAC repairs as he should. The guy did not seem particularly interested in studying more about heating or air conditioning repairs. He did not listen to any advice I tried to give & a single time he evidently disregarded what I said in front of a customer. The guy is a ticking time bomb with zero customer maintenance skills. My boss wanted an replace on his progress at the end of the day. I could not tell our boss the truth, but I did not want to lie & tell him that he did a superb task. I tried not to say much at all, but our boss absolutely wanted myself and others to tell him the truth. I sugar-coated it, but I let our boss know that his child was not ready to toil on heating & air conditioning repairs without someone else. My boss thanked myself and others for our honesty, but the next month I only had 30 hours instead of 40 & his child was still on the schedule every day.
