Long wait
Don’t you do not like it when you are calling a company and get thrown on hold forever? This is what happened the last time I had to call our local heating, ventilation, and A/C provider to get some Heating and A/C lake home services! My central heating and cooling plan had broken down and I was in trouble! It was a absolutely tepid day of over one hundred degrees and I absolutely needed our air conditioning back up and running that absolutely same day if possible.
The hold time I was on the iPhone was ridiculous! I was on hold for over an hour! I was darn lucky that I had a portable air conditioning plan in our lake home so I could plug it in and keep cool while I waited to get emergency Heating and A/C lake home services; Finally after a little over an hour, they got to our call. I almost yelled at them, even though I took into consideration that they were most likely absolutely busy. With the heat being as awful as it was, I am sure almost everyone’s central heating and a/cs were laboring overtime causing many Heating and A/C split downs across the entire city. I was able to get one of their most certified heating and cooling specialists out to our home to repair our central heating, ventilation, and A/C plan the same day. Although I had a portable a/c, it was so hot, that the portable a/c would not have done me wonderful for a long phase of time and I would have ended up having to go to a hotel. That would have been horrible for me.
