Long wait
Don’t you dislike it when you are calling a corporation plus get thrown on hold forever? This is what happened the last time I had to call our local heating plus a/c provider to get some Heating, Ventilation plus A/C home services, however my central heating plus cooling system had broken down plus I was in trouble! It was a undoubtedly hot day of over 1 hundred degrees plus I undoubtedly needed our a/c back up plus running that undoubtedly same day if possible.
The hold time I was on the iphone was ridiculous! I was on hold for over an minute! I was darn lucky that I had a portable a/c in our home so I could plug it in plus keep cool while I waited to get emergency Heating, Ventilation plus A/C home services… Finally after a little over an minute, they got to our call.
I almost yelled at them, although I took into consideration that they were most likely undoubtedly busy.
