Poor air conditioning at school affects learning
Ever since the first day of university My two children have been complaining about how disappointing the air quality was inside of the university.
Like most children, our kids weren’t exactly fans of school to begin with but the bad air quality only made it worse.
What’s more, with that the complaining would soon follow. I will admit that I unquestionably did not give it much thought until I had to go to the university myself to have a parent-educator conference with our youngest child’s educator, and he has been falling behind in math and we wanted to discuss some possibilities to raise his grade, however as soon as I stepped into the university doors it felt like walking into a sauna. It was so tepid and humid that it was unbelievable. I went to our son’s classroom and by the time I got out of there I was covered in sweat, however now I could see why our kids complain so much. I asked the school about the issue and I found out that they had already called a heating & A/C serviceman from one of the local heating/cooling corporations to come install a brand up-to-date heating/AC system. When the following Monday came around the kids were not complaining after they came home from university. Apparently the cooling specialist had arrived that Monday day and performed the heating & A/C replacement. Now the air was clean & crisp plus not heated like before, I had to go back to the school a few days later to confirm. I will say that I like the newly installed cooling system much better.
