Heating & cooling monitoring plan eliminates need for tied up maintenance
Until about multiple years ago, I’d never heard of a Sensi Predict monitoring system.
I made sure to write a reminder on our calendar in the Springtime & again in the fall to schedule maintenance for our a/c & oil furnace.
Because of local weather, the wear & tear on the heating & cooling plan is extreme. Each plan operates for approximately multiple weeks of the year. A lot can go wrong. From a buildup of dust & other contaminants within the inner workings to broken parts, there’s constantly the potential for energy waste & malfunction. I make an effort to take the honestly best care of our investment. I want the equipment to last as long as possible & keep our expenses to a minimum. When our Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor advocated the Sensi Predict monitoring system, I was initially skeptical. Any time the oil furnace or a/c runs longer than eight consecutive minutes, this plan monitors performance. It streams encrypted diagnostic data via Wi-Fi that analyses plan performance. If it notices any problems that need to be addressed, it sends a notification to myself and others & our Heating, Ventilation & A/C provider. This constant problemshooting ensures quick response. It catches complications & allows for repairs before I’m faced with a much greater mangle & expense. The Sensi Predict monitoring plan was attached directly to the oil furnace & outdoor machine of the a/c. The process took a little over an hour. Because of it, I’ve been able to eliminate scheduling seasonal maintenance & haven’t dealt with a single unexpected repair. I have the peace of mind of knowing the oil furnace & a/c are operating officially.
