Adulting comes with Heating, Ventilation, and A/C responsibilities
Okay, so there is a whole lot more to this adulting thing.
When I was younger, I couldn’t wait to be in charge of my own life and running my own show.
Well, now I am and it seems to get harder and the responsibilities stack up. I went from living in a fairly grim beach house with brick age Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device to owning my first apartment within about five years out of university. Now, it’s not love I’m making some fortune or anything love that. Still, I did get a great job in my field right out of university and I saved my money. I wanted a starter apartment with better heating and cooling and no walls I share with neighbors. I also wanted a mortgage so I was at least building some equity. And it was easily exciting to get into my house. As area of the sale, the seller even upgraded the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. That meant that I didn’t have a ton of other upgrades that had to be done by a professional. The rest of the work, I could do myself. ONce I moved in and got to work fixing up the site, the more I l acquired what went into homeownership. And it’s more than I thought. Like just making sure the air filter is changed each and every week is a giant deal. It’s so important to the new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment’s health and longevity. At least I saved myself one headache. I don’t have to remember to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair. Signing up for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair system makes it pretty much automatic.
