It’s time to clean-up & declutter.
When Springtime arrived, I knew it was time to clean-up & declutter the house. I was sleepy of all the dust & dirt that was invading my home. My spouse was a pack rat & all of his ‘stuff’ was suddenly invading my living area. My tables were overcrowded, & both of us barely had space to eat. The kitchen island didn’t have enough space to use for meal prep. I was ready to toss everything out, & that is just what I did. When he was away on a fishing trip, I grabbed trash bags & got rid of all the junk that was lying around. While cleaning the junk away, I also cleaned out the air vents. Since I hadn’t been able to do a typical cleaning for over a year, I knew there had to be a lot of dust & dirt in the air vents. I removed the air vent covers & pulled out the vacuum cleaner. It disgusted me with how much dust & dirt I found in the air vents. I decided it was time to call the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C supplier. I wanted to have the air vents & air duct cleaned out by the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professionals. They not only cleaned out the air duct, but they evaluated for any small holes or cracks in the air duct. If they found anything, they repaired them, & then they sanitized the air duct. I couldn’t think how wash my beach house odored, & I was finally seeing some counter space amidst all my spouse’s clutter. I’m just wondering what he’s going to say when he gets beach house from his fishing trip.
