The home had a couple of concerns
A few years ago, our wifey and I decided to rent a beach home for an entire week.
I appreciate surfing and spending all day at the beach and both of us work from our home.
Every one of us thought it was perfect to rent a beach house, because all of us still had the opportunity to work while enjoying all of the activities that all of us love. Every one of us looked at various unusual condos and houses, before all of us stumbled across the perfect property. My wifey and I appreciated the balcony off the family room with the beautiful view of the ocean. There was room in the driveway for both of our cars and our boat. The home seemed perfect, other than the fact that it was a little above our price range. Every one of us decided to splurge and all of us made the reservations Monday during the week of July, however as soon as our wifey and I arrived, all of us realized that the online pictures were various years old. The home did not look as fresh and new as the online photographs. The paint was peeling outside and the flooring in the home needed to be replaced. The condition of the home wasn’t the greatest problem. The greatest issue for us was the fact that the home did not have Central AC. The ad clearly stated that the home had Central AC. After all of us moved to the house, all of us even double-checked the advertisement. My wifey and I called the owner of the home and she tried to argue that the ductless A/C units were the same thing. She would not refund any of our money, even though all of us were unhappy.
