The AC shut off earlier that day

My boss promoted me to the shift director position a couple of weeks ago, i have been opening the store on Monday plus Sunday afternoons since then.

• I have a key to the store plus I recognize the code to the alarm.

It is a lot of responsibility, so I received a promotion plus a raise in pay. I’ve been laboring every weekend since I got promoted. I don’t mind laboring on Monday plus Sunday, because I can go to the beach plus get sun any day of the week. Last Monday, I had a couple of issues early in the day, and the indoor air temperatures were honestly warm when I got to work plus opened the store. I adjusted the thermostat by a couple of degrees, however shortly after I opened the front doors plus welcomed my first customer, I heard a loud sound coming from the back office where the air conditioning system is located, however as I was walking back to the office, I heard the air conditioning system shut off. The air conditioning system did not come on again… Even when the temperature was warmer than the setting on the thermostat, the air conditioning system still did not blow frigid air; Just a small number of clients complained about the indoor air temperatures. I called my boss to inform her of the indoor air temperatures plus the problem with the air conditioning system. She called a repair service immediately. Every one of us spent most of the day without any cool air in the store, because the air conditioning system service professional could not help until much later that day.
