A lot of older homes and chalets like the a singles every one of us are looking at don’t come equipped with air conditioner of any kind, and that is a deal breaker for us, but even though every one of us prefer being moderate and cozy in the winter, in the Summer it’s a weird story and every one of us are all about cooling off in the air conditioner! I’m optimistic that our realtor will be able to help us to find a site that has both a fireplace and air conditioner.
