Replacing heat pump, recommendations?

As a person who has been living in this area for most of her adult life, I have not had too many issues with my HVAC system. I use a heat pump (which is essentially an air conditioner that pumps both heating and cooling through the house) since the weather in this area is so moderate. I enjoy the moderate weather and knowing that I don’t have to worry about keeping up with an air conditioner and furnace, but instead just worrying about one heat pump. The only downside to using a heat pump is that- where an air conditioner or furnace might last 20 years- a heat pump really only lasts about 10-15 years. I have already replaced the heat pump once and it looks like, after 13 years, it might be time to replace it again. When I replaced it the first time I just stuck with the same HVAC brand that had been used before, but now that I’m doing some research online, I’m finding other brands and options that sound appealing. Does anyone have any recommendations for HVAC brands or heat pump products? I know many folks in the area use heat pumps, what brand do you use? Why? Please let me know below. If it can save me money or time in the long run by replacing the heat pump I have with a different HVAC brand I am willing to make that switch. I don’t have any particular loyalty to the HVAC brand I’m currently using. Thanks in advance for all of your help!
