Both of us are preparing our beach house to extend our family.
My hubby & I are a young professional couple who are ready to start a family, both of us think.
But, before both of us do that, there are things I like to do to get our beach house in order. To begin with, both of us need a current HVAC system, and ours is around many years old & I want an HVAC plan with a whole beach house air cleaner, I think. Actually, our hubby & I need to do a little research & ask the right people the right questions before both of us make a final decision. I heard that there are whole beach house air cleaners with UV lights to destroy the viruses & bacteria that get into the system! My hubby & I need to find out how well these work & decide whether or not getting one is certainly worth it. Both of us are also going to want all the ductworks cleaned. I want our growing family to breathe only the best air. That’s also why both of us only use HEPA filters, but with all the pollutants & allergens in the air these afternoons, you have to have the best air quality in your home. Which reminds myself and others that I heard that HVAC suppliers or someone can run tests on the air quality in your home. I want to research & find out if this is true. I haven’t certainly considered air quality up until now, but it would be interesting to find out about the quality of the air in our beach house now versus when both of us have our current HVAC plan put in. I wonder if that is possible. That could be added to the preparations both of us are making for our future family.
