I decided to give up on buying a new air conditioner
I’m unsure what it is about our neighborhood but I and some of our neighbors seem to have a similar issue, we were swindled into buying horrid air conditioners! It all seemed to come from one popular heating as well as air conditioning contractor that appreciates to make their heating and A/C system products cheap! While several people in our neighborhood just saved up and bought another air conditioning system unit, I instead came up with a more particular way.
I bought several fans and placed at least several in each room of the house. I would even strap box fans to open windows to allow more cool air to flow inside when the wind was blowing sufficiently. Then many people have asked me why not just spend the extra cash that it costs to purchase a new machine? And they wonder—do I even miss my central air conditioning system? Yes, I do in fact miss my old central air conditioning system but I see no need to purchase a new air conditioner. Mostly because the heating as well as air conditioning contractor sells cheap made air conditioning systems that surely would break on me before long. Not to mention, I appreciate my method. It saves me cash, and admittedly I am a bit cheap. I was spending so much cash as a result of heating as well as the air conditioning contractor encouraging me to get annual gas furnace and air conditioner tune-ups and general repair… Now I no longer have all those bills accumulating and as a result it has given me more financial freedom. My neighbors, friends, and even family do guess that it is a totally different thing to do but I am convinced that if they just tried it they may better understand. As for our heater, it still works but I’m considering stopping all heating as well as air conditioning services and just getting a space heater.
