I forgot to factor in the cost of a commercial Heating and A/C when getting our company loan

I decided that I have spent far too multiple years dreaming of someday starting our own company while stuck in a dead end job that makes me agitated.

Instead of writing insurance policies on a computer screen all day five afternoons a week, I wanted to open a small bakery specializing in bread and pretzels. This like for baking runs in our family, as our Grandfatherrents used to own a bakery themselves years before I was born. My mother l earned the skills and is the a single who taught me how to make bread and cake from scratch when I was still a child. At some point in this process I discovered a like for fresh pretzels. I have had them all over the country in the years since and still like eating them to this day in much the same way I did as a child. Now I see myself working tirelessly in a living room every day to feed hungry patrons with a variety of fresh breads, desserts, and pretzels. Somehow I managed to secure a company loan, but not before I realized a single sizable error I made in our expense calculations. I forgot to account for the cost of a sizable commercial Heating and A/C system. Since the living room would get warm from the ovens, I knew that I needed a cooling system that could handle the additional heat. Either I’m going to need a method on how to use money alsituated for other purposes, or I’m going to be spending more of our own money before I can open our bakery. I hope it isn’t something that delays this process for another year or longer, because having Heating and A/C inside is mandatory.
