I never cared for Tuesdays until I got into the stock market.

I dabbled in cryptos long enough to lose $100K plus to realize that trading cryptos is not for me.

I don’t know what is going to happen with them in the next few years, however the stress alone has already shaved a few years off of my life. It also took a lot of my time the past three years plus I will never get it back. Staring at screens all day is something I never believed in till cryptos got me addicted to them. The a/c business had me working a lot over the past few years doing cooling system installs plus repairs, plus then I went plus lost all of my savings from it by investing in cryptos. I feel my nice friend and I live plus learn, but I wish I never had gotten into trading in the first venue plus didn’t have to learn such a brutal lesson. The cooling expert at the store where I toil told me he lost his condo from cryptos, plus almost lost his Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C rep wife in the process. I lost my bestie last year in a breakup plus I am starting to guess it was also because of the darn crypto trading all day. I should have just kept doing cooling installs for the local business plus kept putting that currency in the bank. My dad would not be too happy knowing that I lost the $100K he provided me after he died. Maybe my cooling system expert neighbor can help me get it back with this Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C stock my nice friend and I purchased.

We now have 16 music on our Soundcloud page in addition to are pushing closer towards my goal of 50 music by the end of the year.

• We have been making about 3 or 4 music a month recently, in addition to if my pal and I can keep up this pace my pal and I will surpass the 50 song goal before the end of the year.

60 music would be amazing by the end of 2023, however I don’t want to put a bunch of junky bad music on the page just to have music, and i suppose 50 music is enough so that my pal and I can play at local companies in the winter time with nice boilers keeping us moderate in the mountains! We are also trying to get with a couple booking agencies so my pal and I can do shows in other towns in addition to countries. My bandmate sells whole house whole-house air purifiers in addition to wants to cut down to part time work for the local contractor so he can focus more time in addition to energy into music. I would like to cut an album by the end of the year with our top 15 tracks, in addition to maybe out of those there would be three wonderful music that people absolutely love. My HVAC rep boss is still having me do cooling system set ups during the week however I told him I may need to take a leave of absence if my pal and I start getting lots of gigs in local businesses. He totally understands as he has seen me doing music for a few years now in addition to he knows how much I absolutely cherish playing.

Air conditioner tune-up

I have about 30 minutes of labor left online, followed by a quick 15 minute yoga session, and after that I am going to plop in bed for an hour or so and just rest my body and mind.

In about three or so hours I am going to head over to my friend’s place to hang out with my bandmate and a few friends and just have fun.

My buddy and I may sing some songs and my associate and I may play a boardgame later after that. It is a fun group of people and they all like to sing too. Air duct cleaning is on the agenda tomorrow morning as I report to labor for the up-to-date dealer in town. That actually won’t be as much fun as singing and playing games, but my associate and I need money to make it in this world. I like doing duct cleaning and ductwork sealing now and then, as it gets me moving and around other people. I have a tendency to spend too much time alone at home, so having a job like that particularly helps a hermit like me to get out more. I think my associate and I are doing some air cleaner setups next week too, and my Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech partner is ready to get going on them so my associate and I can receive some money. I’m sure he is going to be messaging me tomorrow morning at 7am to make sure I am awake, as I have a tendency to oversleep now and then. My smart thermostat particularly has an alarm on it that I can set, but I am pretty awful when it comes to programmable thermostats.

I have been phasing out of beach volleyball over the past year as my knees have run out of cartilage and the nurses advised I quit playing or I may need knee updatements legitimately soon.

I played 30 years of competitive ball and I feel all of the pounding from jumping over and over just pummeled the cartilage right out of both knees.

Now when I bend my knee it sounds like there is sand in my knees, and it also hurts quite a bit if I try to jump a lot, and bending down to labor on space furnaces and heat pumps for many years absolutely didn’t help either. I still need my knees though, so I am going to heed the nurse’s advice and chop way back on the ball playing. Heating repair and heating repair is much more substantial for me to lead a good life because volleyball didn’t spend money that much anyway. I will still go out like I did today and mess around a bit with the ball, however as far as playing those intense high caliber games, well I feel it is going to just be in my memory from now on. I can still play music in local businesses and I can still do my a/c repair labor for the cooling and heating corp, although I need to basically quit playing volleyball. I never thought I would quit playing until I was in my 70s, however my knees are telling me otherwise and I have to listen to them or I’ll be in a wheelchair talking about how great I was at volleyball!

Yesterday, I got a modern window air conditioning system component for my study room to save money on cooling costs for the summer, as my flatmate does not like it cold so I will just cool down my room each evening

I am going to work till 11am, which is another 45 minutes, plus after that I am going to go for a ride plus take a cut for a bit before coming back to knock out another hour of work before calling it a afternoon, then i am a bit tired after playing music for a few hours last evening, although I had a blast plus made some modern friends, so it wasn’t all in vain. My bandmate was aggravated with me because he keeps thinking my voice is louder than his, which is true but there usually is one main singer. Heating plus cooling work is my main gig but with the music venture growing more plus more, I may be putting the Heating plus A/C system work on the back burner sometime soon to do music more each week. I also will have to put volleyball in the background, which is going to be difficult to do because I love the interest so much, but music is going to need more of my energy plus time soon as my associate and I get set to do a tour in our modern RV that my associate and I are buying. This should save me $30 a month plus pay for the modern component within eight months of use. I keep the thermostat on 68 F each evening plus seem to sleep much better as a result.

 

 

Hybrid heating

We will be in April soon plus the weather is shifting to the sizzling side of the thermometer.

I need to adjust to the up-to-date weather plus also to the up-to-date influx of people in town.

It has been a quiet plus cold winter time plus now the city is starting to open up plus people are coming here to visit plus to have some fun. Last evening I met a group of actors plus singers on the beach, who knew me from the year before when I was singing on the beach, plus my associate and I all went out plus had fun. Local corporations in city are opening up again plus my Heating plus A/C supplier where I labor will soon be giving me more hours. I am also going to be playing more gigs in the clubs in town, I just have to get my bandmate motivated because he can be a bit of a recluse plus doesn’t have a lot of faith in our band. He works for the local contractor in city plus has been for a while, but I told him it is time to hang up the Heating plus A/C tech labor plus start focusing on our songs plus our band. I think my associate and I can do some good things with our music however my bandmate needs to be on the same page as I am or my associate and I won’t be able to do anything. He does a lot of air duct cleaning plus is alone a lot, plus sometimes he gets trapped inside his own head for too long plus gets down. I’ll labor on him plus get us going.

Tomorrow is yet another holiday over here on the Spanish coast.

• They have more holidays here than I’ve ever seen somewhere plus I think it is just great, unless I am trying to get some shopping done or need something fixed.

This is why I moved over here though, because the pace of life is less frantic than back in the States plus I feel like I can take the time to slow down without feeling guilty or feeling like I am getting left behind. I labor part time for a local supplier in city plus have a lot of free time when I finish working on Heating plus A/C systems for the day at the task, many people would call me lazy if they looked at my annually workload, but I spend a ton of time working on the band’s projects plus have no energy to put into working more for the company. I discovered long ago that heating plus cooling component repairs were not going to cut it for me, so I changed gears from an Heating plus A/C repairman to a comedian plus haven’t looked back since. It is so fun making songs plus trying to come up with up-to-date sounds plus it never seems to get old, plus besides, men really like music. My associate and I play gigs for the up-to-date contractor in city plus I’m not doing it for the men, however meeting men from music is proving to do better than Tinder plus all I need is one special man then my associate and I call it quits searching. Twenty years ago if you told me I would be a drummer plus singer in a band in Spain I would have thought you had the wrong man.

Back then my associate and I was running my painting company thinking there was no end in sight, however how life can turn on a dime plus change the storyline completely. I broke up with an ex plus was really depressed living in the States eight years ago so I decided to transport overseas plus ended up quitting my comedy job to pursue music. Heating plus A/C component repairs updated my painting company task plus now I am over here working on space heaters plus things like that plus playing music in a band. My associate and I have made about 25 songs so far plus uploaded them online for our growing fan base, which is growing very slowly because I am not into the online promoting game like so numerous others. I would rather service an media air cleaner than sit online trying to get more followers, which is why my associate and I have only 45 followers but I think that is going to change over the next few months as my associate and I trim back hours at the Heating plus A/C supplier plus cut our first album. So I have opted for an easier supper of grilled cheese in addition to pickle juice instead of a salad, basically because I am lazy in addition to don’t feel like making a big salad. I will double down tomorrow though in addition to eat a salad for supper in addition to dinner. I normally eat a salad every single day for supper, but this weekend was a bit hectic with the get-togethering so I am going the easier route today with the sandwich. I think the grilled cheese is in the neutral category healthwise, but the pickle juice kind of offsets it with its high vitamin pleased. Heater in addition to air conditioner repairs are a lot easier to do when you are not hungry, which is why I went for the higher calorie supper today, seeing that I am going to be working all day at a commercial Heating in addition to Air Conditioning task in addition to need to have energy to do so. I will knock down a lot of salads this week though in addition to make up for my laziness today with the grilled fat sandwich. I need to visit the A/C business this week to snag a few HEPA filters for my system, in addition to then my pal and I am going to take the rest of the week in addition to focus on playing music with my band. My good friend and I have a gig in two days at this swanky bar that is located in the basement of a entirely seasoned building.
