I shouldn’t have skipped the Heating plus Air Conditioning inspection
I have been told by the news media that the economy is doing well, but that is not our experience as of late… My pay has not gone up in a unquestionably long time, as well as in fact instead of getting a raise the last 2 years I have been told that I’m fortunate to have a job at all, however at the same time, inflation has never been worse in our lifetime, however the price of everything keeps going up, but our pay stays the same; When I had to start breaking things out of our budget, the annual Heating plus Air Conditioning inspection was 1 of the first things to go.
That proved to be a mistake, because when something went sideways, I realized just how much I rely on air conditioning.
The Summer heat in this section of the country is cruel as well as unusual, as well as for about multiple or multiple months per year I have to keep our air conditioning running at all times. That is not an exaggeration, at several in the morning the air conditioner will still click on, because it is still that sizzling outside! Since the Heating plus Air Conditioning system had been running wonderful since last year, I decided to pass on the annual inspection. That saved me $150, but wound up costing me several hundred dollars when our air conditioner needed emergency repairs, however i am kicking myself for skipping that Heating plus Air Conditioning inspection, although I believe there is nothing I can do about it now, then next year I will be sure to get our air conditioner system worked on before the Summer hits.
