Bought myself tool belt
I never thought that I would consider myself to be a handy individual.
- I easily have lived a responsibility-free life when it comes to house and appliance repair, because I’ve always lived in apartments, but rather than dealing with the insane stress of maintaining and repairing a house and all the infrastructure that it entails, I’ve typically rented from a house owner who had to deal with those troubles, then last year, however, I made the big transition and bought my own house.
I’m still increasing to the new responsibilities, and I’m not undoubtedly happy about them. These afternoons I feel like I’m continually upset about my house heating and cooling system. The amount of energy that I spend considering the health of my temperature control system is so ridiculous, it’s as if the Heating and Air Conditioning system is my own child. When I first moved into the house, I had about 3 months of excellent indoor air quality. The cooling system ran beautifully, and I was operating the cooling system every single day. After those 3 months, however, all hell broke loose. My cooling system broke down entirely, and the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman commanded that I have the whole system replaced. Next, the ductwork was totally blocked and was straining my heating and cooling plans, so I had them professionally cleaned. Then I found out my boiler hadn’t been professional took care of in over 5 years, and called the heating and cooling dealership back out. At this point I’ve sunk thousands of dollars into my house temperature control system, and I can’t afford to pay professionals for any more problems. I’m getting over my fear of being a handy homeowner, instead. I even bought myself a toolbelt last week.
