Too hot at the gym

I’ve been pretty feeling pretty sick so I haven’t been working out as much as usual.

After almost a month off, I finally felt healthy enough to hit the gym again.

I knew that I should take it slow & let myself get used to exercising again however I was not prepared for the conditions at the gym. The first thing I noticed was that the boiler was turned on super high. It was a little cold outside however not cold enough to blast the boiler all day long. I know that gym had been closed for a bit with this virus going around so I figured they genuinely had some things to toil through as well. I tried to toil out despite the heat however I started feeling dizzy after about 15 minutes. It must have been close to 90° in the gym. I just had to get out of there. I ended up kneeling outside on the steps for a bit just to clear my head. I literally thought I might pass out. Thankfully, the frosty air outside was honestly nice. After several minutes, I felt well enough to go back inside & get my belongings & then to get out of there as hastily as possible, then but I didn’t leave before asking the receptionist why they have the boiler on so high. She looked confused & told me that it was comfortable. I started wondering if it was just me however when I looked around the gym, I saw that everybody looked boiling & undoubtedly few people were working out undoubtedly hard. I feel I’ll have to cancel my membership to this gym & find a odd one; preferably one that uses their air conditioning, not their heater, when people are trying to toil out.
