Too warm at the gym

I’ve been pretty feeling pretty sick so I have not been laboring out as much as usual.

After almost a month off, I finally felt healthy enough to hit the gym again.

I knew that I should take it slow plus let myself get used to exercising again even though I was not prepared for the conditions at the gym. The first thing I noticed was that the heater was turned on super high. It was a little cold outside however not cold enough to blast the heater all afternoon long. I know that gym had been closed for a bit with this virus going around so I figured they absolutely had some things to work through as well. I tried to work out despite the heat even though I started feeling dizzy after about 15 minutes. It must have been close to 90° in the gym. I just had to get out of there. I ended up resting outside on the steps for a bit just to clear my head. I literally thought I might pass out. Thankfully, the cold air outside was really nice. After numerous minutes, I felt well enough to go back inside plus get my belongings plus then to get out of there as hastily as possible. But I did not leave before asking the receptionist why they have the heater on so high. She looked confused plus told me that it was comfortable. I started wondering if it was just me however when I looked around the gym, I saw that everybody looked warm plus really few people were laboring out really hard. I know I shall have to cancel my membership to this gym plus find a unusual one; preferably one that uses their cooling system, not their heater, when people are trying to work out.
