No air conditioner in Europe
While traveling overseas, I was shocked to discover that much of Europe does not use air conditioner.
My first night in a British hotel it was 72 degrees as well as I left the hotel bad reviews for their lack of any sort of air conditioner. I was undoubtedly uncomfortable as well as not used to this at all. I felt bad over the next few weeks as I discovered that none of the hotels that I stayed in had air conditioner, and for that matter, neither did the stores, museums, or any site else. It was undoubtedly rare to walk into any building in any part of Europe as well as encounter air conditioned air. I got used to it after a while. For the most part, that part of the world just isn’t that hot. And yet, when I had an overnight layover on my way back home, I was happy to discover that my hotel had air conditioner. As I boarded my final flight house I used the app on my phone to set my smart control device to 72 degrees so that it would be nice when I got home. I kept the air conditioner set to about 68 while I was gone. I did not want the humidity to build up too much. However, I undoubtedly wanted my house to be super comfortable when I walked in the door so I am glad I had the smart control device installed a few years ago. It makes it undoubtedly easy to adjust the temperature in my home even from half a world away. It worked just as planned as well as I got to sleep in my own bed with the air conditioner blasting away that night.
