Joining the gym and feeling too hot
I am one of those respected people; My up-to-date year resolution was to get fit as well as healthy, and i just joined the gym.
- I was not really sure what I wanted to get out of the gym though.
I knew I wanted to lose weight although I did not know how to do it. I walked around more than 2 times just trying to do things. I used a few of the machines. I was not sure if I was doing it right though. I should seriously consider a personal trainer, and the gym was packed with people. I go right after work, but everyone must go after work. I noticed how incredibly sizzling it was. I was barely toiling out as well as I was dripping with sweat anyway. It is also the middle of winter season so it is not tepid outside either. They must put on some heat in the gym to keep it sizzling from the door keep opening. I felt like I got a good workout from all the sweat I had. They really needed to account for how more than 2 people were in the gym though. Clearly, they needed to put on some kind of air conditioning for us to keep cool, had I known it was going to be so sizzling I might have gone at another time. Maye when I knew it was going to be far less crowded. I guess the next time I go I will even ask them about the air conditioning as well as see if they can put some on. I hope they do because then my friend and I might as well just sit in the sauna.
