Taking technology back in time.
I am not so sure I understand the way some people suppose these afternoons.
I get that the world has become stressful, however the need to transport miles away from humanity just doesn’t make sense.
I am way to comfortable living in my house with all of my current technology to ever even suppose about moving to the middle of nowhere. I was enjoying one of those, “off the grid” shows the other afternoon in addition to realized that various of these people are honestly taking some of that technology with them. They are not simply giving up everything that brings them comfort in addition to living like some primitive people. I had always pictured them cooking over an open fire in addition to stoking a wood stove for heat. This show had them installing conventional appliances in addition to an Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C system that were powered by a sizable solar grid. The house looked much like any other house it just didn’t depend on typical utilities. They had a well to supply water in addition to a solar powered hot water tank to heat it. Even though these people wanted to live like the early settlers in addition to take advantage of the land around them they were not willing to supply up all the comforts of home. I still can not see myself ever living like that although I could see myself vacationing at a arena like that. Stepping away from the cell PC, computer, in addition to even television for a week or so might be fantastic for my mental well being. Knowing that I can go back to it will be too.
