Improving my sleep by changing my eating habits and installing an media air cleaner
Last night I read an article in the newspaper about how to eat in order to support better sleep.
It requested certain foods that are high in melatonin, including tart cherries, oily fish, nuts, milk, and eggs.
It is also requested not to consume caffeinated products after 2 p.m., to eat the last meal 2-3 hours before hitting the sack and to eat mindfully and separate from distractions. I do none of these things; I tend to overeat at night, most of the time just before bed. I regularly drink a cup of black root coors after dinner at the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor at around 4 p.m., and I frequently eat hastily separate from paying too much attention; However, I will try to use the information I have gathered from this article in order to improve my sleeping patterns and be more productive when doing my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech work… Last night, after reading this, I had a light supper in the train with weather conditions control at least two hours before bed, and this afternoon I woke up feeling more rested and refreshed than I have in a long time. I got up at 11.30 a.m., in fact, and felt like I had just been born again. I need to call the heating and cooling contractor for them to come and repair the cooling system unit, and I also need to do my writing before my partner comes at 14.00 p.m. and I don’t have much time, and but I don’t care because I’m cheerful that I finally got some nice sleep, however the current media air cleaner that I have installed is also supporting my sleep by improving the indoor air quality in my bedroom.
