Ryan was working on the furnace in the customer’s basement

Ryan has three customers to see, so he made sure to get to work on time.

  • He checks his schedule before he heads home.

That way, he can head to work right after leaving the house. We had dinner, after that I dropped him off at the heating and cooling company to service his work van. At times Ryan comes home with the HVAC van, however the rule is to turn it in at the office then head home. Ryan’s car was in the shop, so I had to drop him off. If I was still at the office, he’d book an Uber. When we arrived at the office, we said goodbye and drove to my locale of work. At 11, I got some news I had to share with Ryan, so I called him. Ryan was working on a furnace in a customer’s basement when I called. He was having an issue, so he said he’d call me when he was done. The news was exciting, not an emergency. So, I waited for him to call me back. I love how dedicated Ryan is about his work, and the way he treats his customers. He says heating and cooling is important, especially in our area. So, it’s essential to provide customers with the best service. An hour later, he was done with the furnace repair, and in his work van when he got back to me.
