How long does it take to install central air with existing HVAC duct?

I live in a condo that I have been renting for a couple of years.

This arena is amazing because it has hardwood floors, walk-in closets, a balcony, and sizable living and living rooms; Best of all, the apartment is on the top floor, and I have vaulted ceilings, so I fell in love with the condo the first time I saw it.

Living here has been great because it’s close to our job and it’s close to major stores and shopping areas. And our property owner is consistently great and has fixed everything that I have an issue with… For instance, I had a few complications with the central cooling system, and he consistently sent over an Heating and A/C professional to repair the unit, unluckyly, the cooling system device was old, and it broke down a lot. In fact, the device was about 20 years seasoned and from what the Heating and A/C professional told me, it needed to be upgraded. I assumed he mentioned that to the property owner because within the next week, our property owner bought a new Heating and A/C unit, but he asked myself and others if I could stay condo so that the Heating and A/C professional could upgrade the unit. At the time, I didn’t know how long the upgradement would take. After speaking to the Heating and A/C professional, he said the install could take between 4 and 8 hours. He said because the existing HVAC duct was great and didn’t need to be upgraded that the install takes less time. Well, I stayed condo from work and the install took a little but over 5 hours. After that afternoon, I had no complications with the new Heating and A/C unit.
