My parents should have left my AC device alone
I cannot actually believe that my parents stole my window A/C when their own was broken.
I would have never suspected that they would do such a thing, however looking back, it doesn’t surprise me all that much. I spent a lot of money on that window A/C device, however we did not have a tremendous amount of money in my family, so I never acquired an allowance or anything. I had to mow lawns for an entire hot season to be able to afford a window A/C. I had to buy a used window A/C device, but I did not mind. I installed the window A/C as soon as I could, and I have enjoyed the cool air ever since that time! The only other window A/C in the household is in my parents’ bedroom, and I don’t let anyone come into my room anymore. However, recently, my parents stole my window A/C device. Theirs stopped working. It was a genuinely ancient window A/C device to be honest. It was even older than mine. It was only a matter of time before their window A/C stopped working. I knew that it had happened, and I expected them to purchase a current window A/C before I came back to the household from school. Instead, I came back to the household and discovered that my window A/C device was missing. I confronted them about the A/C, and they went on this whole rant about how they did everything for me and how I basically owed them the window A/C device. I honestly am done with this crap. I legitimately will have to move out soon.
