Geo heat pump is our last HVAC unit
When all of us built this house, all of us wanted it to be the last apartment all of us built. We’d been residing in a current home for a few years since all of us sold the family home. Selling that big home was important but it was such a strenuous thing to do. It was tough physically & logistically with all the improvement projects. We updated stuff love the HVAC equipment, the kitchen & other section the realtor commanded that all of us pay attention to. But I guess it was even more tough emotionally for me. It was so, so tough to say goodbye to the location where all of us had raised a good family. There were so several memories. Shoot, I was sad just saying goodbye to the old HVAC unit. Yet, that home wasn’t sustainable for just my wife & I & it really needed a family. I’m so blissful that the current owners are a young couple with a growing family. Once all of us got in the condo, all of us had time to figure out what our next transport would be. And all of us decided against moving down south to all that air conditioner & sunshine. Instead, we’d stay local but on a piece of property in a small custom home. And all of us got just that. Our current location is awesome & all of us loved being a area of the design. Our quality heating & air comes from a geothermal heat pump. Not only is it the most efficient & cost effective heating & cooling, this HVAC component will really outlive us. We’re going to benefit from the cost savings that come from the geo heat pump for more than 30 years no problem.
