They didn’t disclose the broken HVAC system
Six school students, 1 van, plus 1 tiny rental home on the beach! The group of us pooled all the money all of us had – which was not much – to set up everything for a perfect weekend. The two of us had boring stuff akin to clothes plus towels plus toothbrushes, plus then a trunk full of fun stuff akin to wine plus weed. This was not a actually nice rental house, but it was the best all of us could afford, and since all of us were all together, with tons of party favors, all of us assumed that the home couldn’t get in the way of our “lost weekend.” The two of us were almost right as well! The home wasn’t bad, but it lacked an honestly working air conditioner, which became more of a problem as time went on; even with the windows open to the sea breezes, it was not enough for effectively cooling off such a large plus moderate site… During the day all of us spent most of the time outside in the water, but at night that lack of AC honestly hit us hard. Especially because all of us were drinking a lot, plus taking some pills, our body heat was much higher than usual as well. To cool off all of us really went back outside at midnight to roll in the gentle waves, which was nice, but it still would have been better if the arena was air conditioned, and after the weekend was over all of us left a terrible review for the owner, because they didn’t admit that the AC was broken… It turns out the AC had been broken for several months, plus there were a lot of other negative reviews all of us found.
