The smart thermostat was everything I had hoped for
When my parents first purchased a smart thermostat it was all I would hear about.
My mom in particular could not recommend enough that I too purchased a smart thermostat.
She had a good reason for suggesting this because she knew that I had a very old dial thermostat and my home that I had not had made any plans to change. I just didn’t see the point of changing out the thermostat. After all, it was working just fine and I didn’t want to have to deal with the mess of having an HVAC technician come out here to install a new thermostat. However , when my mom gave me some good news, she told me that I did not need to have a heating and cooling specialist come out here to replace my old thermostat. She explained that oftentimes a smart thermostat is very easy to do yourself, and that as long as I can follow the easy instructions I would be able to. I decided to take her advice and at least look into the smart thermostat that she was so excited about. I went to the website of the HVAC business and did some reading about their HVAC products including the programmable thermostat. I was very pleased with what I read and it seemed very promising. I decided to go ahead and take a chance and purchase it. I figured that in the worst case that I didn’t like it, I could always send it back. After I made the purchase and used the brand new programmable thermostat that ran off the Wi-Fi for a couple of days, I knew that there was no way I’d be sending it back. Once I had the smart thermostat I was unable to go back to the dial thermostat. I was enjoying the smart thermostat way too much now to ever return to my old thermostat and I decided to keep it.
