The school is already doing something about the high temperatures at school
Ever since the first day of school my kids have been complaining about how poor the indoor air quality at school is.
- Like most children, our children were not exactly fans of school to begin with but the poor indoor air quality only made it worse, and with that, the complaining would soon follow.
I will admit that I undoubtedly didn’t give it much thought until I had to go to the school myself to have a parent-mentor conference with our youngest child’s mentor, he has been falling behind in math as well as we wanted to discuss some options to raise his grade! As soon as I stepped into the school doors it felt like walking into a sauna. It was so tepid as well as humid that it was unbelievable. I went to our son’s classroom as well and by the time I got out of there I was dripping with sweat. Now I could see why our teenagers complain so much. I asked the school about the issue as well as thankfully I found out that they had already called an heating, ventilation, as well as A/C professional from a single of the local heating as well as cooling corporations to come out as well as install a brand modern heating as well as A/C system, and when the following Sunday came around the teenagers were nowhere complaining after they came home from school. Apparently the cooling specialist had arrived that Sunday day and performed the heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C installation. Now the air was clean & crisp as well as not heated like before. I had to go back to school a few days later as well. I will say that I like the modern cooling idea much better.
