The best cure for my sunburn

A few weeks ago, some friends and I decided to pile in my car, and head to the beach for the weekend.

We filled my car with cold drinks, snacks, and our favorite playlist to listen to. We left before the sun came up, and arrived at the beach shortly after noon. We were so excited to get to the beach that we decided to skip the hotel check-in, and head straight to the water. We had a great time hanging out on the beach, playing in the waves, and drinking beers on the sand. We were having such a good time, however, that we all forgot to put on sunscreen. Once we realized that we were all covered in sunburns, the sun had already started going down, so we decided to go ahead and check into the hotel. We all showered, applied aloe, and then cranked the air conditioner in our hotel room. The cool breeze from the air conditioner felt so good on my skin, that once I laid down, I fell right asleep. The relief from the air conditioner felt so good that I was almost glad that I was sunburned. The air conditioner in the hotel was so powerful and efficient that by the morning, all of our burns were healed, and we were ready to head back to the beach for the rest of the weekend, with sunscreen of course. Next time I book a hotel room at the beach, I will make sure that their air conditioner is as powerful and efficient as I need, just in case I end up with burnt skin again.
