Cleaning Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C air ducts is something I should have been doing all along
When I get sick, I’m just the living worst.
I turn into this whiney, terrible tempered, sulky, exhausted sack of bones. Not only do I dislike being sick, our entire family hates it as well. I get out of bed all grumpy to change the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C control unit setting plus then glare at all the people as though they should have already done it. It’s love that plus it’s just no good. And over the last few years, our colds have hung on longer plus longer. So our husband was having none of it when I got sick this last time. She yanked me out of the bed in our perfect Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C comfort setting plus delivered me to the dentist. I don’t much love going to the dentist when I’m sick. For 1, it’s love the a/c is on blast all the time in there. When I’m sick, the last thing I want is Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C cooling. But, I too wanted not to be a lingering sicky for a month so I was ready to take the pills or whatever the doc said. Yet, I was quite surprised to find that our prescription did not come with a trip to the pharmacy. I got the correct rest, fluids plus all that sort of thing. But the dentist also told me to call the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company plus get our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C air ducts cleaned. He told me that air duct cleaning would entirely help our immune response to our respiratory ailments. The dentist explained how dirty air duct can facilitate airborne contaminants attacking the respiratory system which makes it all the harder to heal from being sick.
