The biweekly report

So by doing these biweekly reports it helps the heat and cooling system contractor keep track of things and keep their Heating and A/C supplier running entirely smoothly

I just got a new task working in the offices of a heating and A/C contractor here in town! My task here at this heating and A/C contractor is to take care of all accounting and payroll, but also to draw up a sheet containing a biweekly report of everything that has sold and every single Heating and A/C appointment that was performed by their certified heating and A/C specialists. This biweekly report is a lot of work let me tell you. But with the help of iPads, I can get the information I need pretty easily. I have to write down if any central heating and air conditioners were sold, and if so, were we taking care of the Heating and A/C installation or were they hiring someone else to do that. Then there was the general stuff as in how numerous certified heating and cooling specialists went out on tasks for the day, how they addressed the issue and if the issue was fixed, how much the client paid and if the Heating and A/C specialist needs to go back again another day… Like I said, it is pretty detailed and complex. I had worked for another heating and A/C contractor a few years ago in their supplier offices and I never had to do anything appreciate this. So by doing these biweekly reports it helps the heat and cooling system contractor keep track of things and keep their Heating and A/C supplier running entirely smoothly. I totally understand it. I just wish our pay was a bit better because of this extra taxing task I have to do.
