Want to add heated flooring in the kitchen upgrades

My kitchen could legitimately use some work. The current home has a gorgeous wood ceiling and 1 wall in the kitchen is brick. It legitimately has the bones to be a great room. I had to detach a large wood stove that vented through the ceiling and out the roof. I also had to demolish the brick pad the heating system sat on. The other 3 walls were wood. I had to sand them down and paint easily white. I added a few recessed lights and current furniture. The kitchen is good, not great. I abruptly realized the reason the homeowners had a woodstove in the kitchen. It wasn’t that powerful however it did supply heating. The current home has a central heating system however it doesn’t link to the kitchen, but yes, the central Heating and A/C only provides heating and cooling for the study rooms and powder rooms. The kitchen and affixed kitchen are left alone… Since I live up north it isn’t necessary to get a cooling system, however I need a heater. I started looking into my options and I guess heated flooring will do the trick. I want to change out the brown carpet for grey stone anyway. In the replacement process I can add electric heated mats. That way the oil furnace is out of sight and out of mind. I can just suppose gentle heating on my feet. It will hot the furniture that sits on it too. It will make my kitchen suppose great and look so much better. The expense is the only terrifying factor.
