The house had a couple of troubles
A few years ago, our girlfriend and I decided to rent a beach house for an entire week.
I appreciate surfing and spending all morning at the beach and both of us toil from our home. Every one of us thought it was perfect to rent a beach house, because the people I was with and I still had the opening to toil while enjoying all of the activities that the people I was with and I love. Every one of us looked at numerous different condos and houses, before the people I was with and I stumbled across the perfect property. My girlfriend and I appreciated the balcony off the family room with the charming view of the ocean. There was room in the driveway for both of our cars and our boat. The house seemed perfect, other than the fact that it was a little above our price range. Every one of us decided to splurge and the people I was with and I made the reservations Wednesday while in the month of June; As soon as our girlfriend and I arrived, the people I was with and I realized that the online pictures were numerous years old. The house did not look as fresh and modern as the online photographs. The paint was peeling outside and the flooring in the house needed to be upgraded. The condition of the house wasn’t the biggest problem. The biggest issue for us was the fact that the house did not have Central AC. The ad clearly stated that the house had Central AC. After the people I was with and I moved to the house, the people I was with and I even double-evaluated the advertisement. My girlfriend and I called the owner of the house and he tried to argue that the ductless AC units were the same thing. He wouldn’t refund any of our currency, even though the people I was with and I were unhappy.
