A little duct tape goes a long way
The good old magic of duct tape is unreal.
I didn’t know that a roll of this stuff would actually save me a lot of money one day! What I mean by this is that the other week, I was having some air flow issues with my central heating and air conditioning system unit.
It turned out that the hose of the central heating and air conditioning system somehow sprung a leak and had a hole in it. I could not believe this! I was not in the market for a brand new and totally up to date central heating and air conditioning system, and I did not want to spend several hundred bucks on calling the local heat and a/c company to send out one of their most certified heating and air conditioning specialists to fix this thing unless it was completely needed. I had took some duct tape as an experiment and decided to try to tape up and patch up the small hole in the HVAC hose with it. And what do you know? The central heating and air conditioning system was working in full effect once again as soon as I patched up the small hole that sprung with that duct tape! The hole wasn’t big or bad enough to require a heating and cooling professional to come out and replace the entire hose. Now eventually I will have to get that HVAC hose replaced, but not right away. The duct tape will hold it together just fine for at least a few months so long as there is no big rainstorms.
