Looking for a place to start our business
When my wife and I decided to start our own business, one of the first things that we did was look for an area to rent! We wanted a location not too far from our home, but after looking for a few weeks, we finally came across a small storefront for rent that had everything we needed.
- We had started our own ice cream and cake business.
We wanted to make sure that we had plenty of area for both ourselves, any employees and the customers. When we looked at the storefront, it was nearly perfect. The only thing that it was missing was a good commercial HVAC system, it did have an ancient heating and cooling idea in the back, however the entire component was broken and we would be needing a new one. Thankfully, there was a heating and cooling system corporation not too far from the store and once we had respectfully rented the place, we got to work adding the modern HVAC system, having a good actually working heating and cooling system idea was important not only to the comfort of the guests, but the cool air from the air conditioning could help keep the food cold. It didn’t take us absolutely long to find a heating and cooling system that would work perfectly with our business and before we knew it we were having a HVAC serviceman coming out to install our brand new heating and cooling unit. It took a few different people to successfully install it however once it was finished we were one step closer to being able to open.
