Remote learning and heating
Sometimes the public schools have remote learning for the kids.
This has been a development from the COVID crisis the two of us have been dealing with.
It entirely is a smart thing because whenever people get sick, the kids can still learn from the house with their PCs. The public schools even will give the children ipads which is a superb thing. So recently when the kids had remote learning, they were all saying how excited they were because the heating method felt so nice at home. I believe a big part of that is because the two of us love to use our fireplace in the winter. When the two of us have the fireplace going all the time, it makes it so the heating method doesn’t have to work as hard. That saves us a giant amount of money on the energy bills plus I am thankful for that. That was 1 major pro of having a fireplace, saving immense money plus chopping firewood. Even our kids were telling their teachers about the fireplace plus how they felt nice plus boiling all of the time. I do believe that some of the other students were envious because they didn’t have fireplaces at their houses. It would be superb if more people had fireplaces at home because they would save so much money with their oil or gas bills. My kids were telling me that they enjoyed remote learning so much plus they wished they could study like that on a day to day basis.
