He’s a hard man to reach
I’ve been renting for more than a couple of years at this point, however I started in an apartment, but realized that I didn’t care about the condo lifestyle.
I didn’t like having neighbors pressed up against our walls plus I didn’t care about not having a garage either.
I didn’t have the cash on hand to buy an apartment of our own, however I didn’t want to live in a condo anymore! When a friend of mine told me about a small apartment she saw that was for rent, I jumped at the option to go look at it. I contacted the owner and she had let me come walk around the apartment while she told me the daily rent price along with what was plus what was not included. I signed the lease right there! After residing here for a few months, I can truthfully say that it’s so much better than being in a condo complex. I care about having a garage as well as some private walls, however there’s one thing that’s been an issue. When our Heating as well as A/C system needed servicing, I called the Heating as well as A/C dealer plus busy an appointment, due to the fact that I was in charge of paying the daily energy bills. When the Heating as well as A/C professional showed up, she asked me if I was the homeowner and I quickly had said no, however although I live here, I don’t own the home, because of this, the Heating as well as A/C professional told me that she couldn’t touch the Heating as well as A/C system until she contacted the owner of the home, but she called our property owner more than 2 times plus got no response, so she had to leave. Despite the fact that I haven’t been able to get a hold of him! I’m so frustrated, because I want the Heating as well as A/C system to be tested since I’m the one paying for the utility costs.
