He Installed Window AC Units
Being a landlord sounds appreciate such an straight-forward job, and people sign a contract to live in the spaces you give as well as then you collect currency each month, and while this is partially true, it’s only section of what I do.

For the most part, I’ve never rented to anyone crazy. There was a previous tenant who took it upon himself to install window AC units into several of the windows, even though the two of us had central AC. He never complained to me about the temperature of the house, however apparently it wasn’t wonderful enough. window AC units aren’t terribly expensive, however they don’t look as nice as well as they take a lot of electricity. I didn’t say anything about the AC units because I knew they could be taken down, although he never took them down when he left. I tried reaching out to him about coming as well as getting them, although he never answered our calls. Now I’m left with several window AC units that I don’t want.
