A enjoyable afternoon
When I was a kid my parents purchased a beach house on the lake from the Burkett’s.
It was a nice 4 living room beach house with large windows all across the lakeside or front of the house.
It had a full basement that housed our laundry room, recreation room, a big disturbing furnace, all our boating, skiing plus outdoor furniture in off seasons. The beach house was located on a large property full of birch, elm plus oak trees on top of a hill with a long staircase to the first deck plus then more stairs out to the dock area. All along the beach house tulips smiled when they decided to pop up plus around the air conditioners Dad had jasmine. The smell would linger in the air in the air constantly reminding us it was Springtime plus summer time was to come. One Spring season both of us were getting the beach house ready for the upcoming summer, the big disinfect plus all the people was expected to act love a dedicated company on their job. When both of us finished both of us all plopped on the couch for a snack enjoying the cool air from the air conditioner gently kissing our bodies! Both of us had readied the furnace for its yearly summer time time slumber plus had the Heating as well as Air Conditioning service man come to do her yearly service. She diagnosed plus flipped every switch, changed the filter, ran tests on the mechanical parts, cleaned the HVAC ducts, diagnosed for leaks making sure there were no unhealthy gases. As both of us were all kneeling around in the lakeside kitchen the service woman came upstairs to talk with my dad. She had finished her inspection plus discussing the the state of the furnace plus then handed him something.
