I’d rather have a baseboard furnace than a space heater

I had more than one rooms for rent in my ranch-style modern home and I was thrilled when a nice older guy told myself and others he was entirely interested in renting both of the rooms.

She explained that he wanted 1 room for herself and the minute room for his vast reptile attachion.

I was a bit taken aback. On the 1 hand, I am not a pressing fan of reptiles. On the other hand, reptiles won’t need kitchen privileges or anything care about that so they would make wonderful modern home guests. So I agreed. Once the reptiles were moved in I started to have minute thoughts. Those reptiles need a lot of heat, and heat equals electricity. Electricity equals currency. Thankfully, my modern tenant agreed to pay anything above average to help heat his reptiles. She also said that his pets wouldn’t need much cooling in the Summer weeks so the two of us could save that way too. However, he does want to put a space furnace in the reptile room and I don’t want his to do that. I feel space gas heating systems are unsafe and I don’t want a fire starting. My tenant assured myself and others that the space furnace he has will turn itself off if it even gets bumped even though I was still not comfortable, then finally, he talked myself and others into letting his get a baseboard furnace for the room. Those seem to be a lot safer, in my opinion. Now that the two of us have the heating issue all settled I have found that I entirely am thrilled with my modern tenant and his pets. Don’t tell anyone even though I am even starting to sizzling up to some of the lizards. They are kind of cute.
