The home charges a fee for the air filters
My boyfriend plus I have lived in a lot of apartments plus all of us have never been charged for air filters… Most places provide us a clean air filter every week for free; In fact, the last many home managers insisted that all of us change them annually plus offered them at no charge when all of us paid the rent, and when our boyfriend plus I moved to a new place last week, all of us found out that they charge a fee for the air filters plus you have to use the 1s that they provide, then every week on the rent statement is a $10 fee for the air filter. My boyfriend plus I knew about the see when all of us decided to move to the apartment, and the two of us needed a place to move plus the building was close to work, but now that all of us have been here for a few weeks, I’ve had time to relax plus know about the charges.
