Overnight stay needs dependable HVAC
My wife and I just love everything about traveling.
Well, that would be just about everything.
The two of us have always been about getting out of the HVAC comfort of our home and out into the world. This is something that is a big focus of our lives. There was a period of time where much of our travels were done via the airlines. However now, it’s just not worth all the bother anymore. Much, much easier to drive to where we want to go. The two of us are great road trip buddies so it works out even better. We do have a rule that states we stay overnight somewhere if we have been driving for more than 8 hours. Our preferred accommodations are normally the hotel chains just off the interstate. The main reason we go for these places is because they have reliable HVAC. I said we loved just about everything when it comes to travel. Well, bad HVAC is not something that we can tolerate in the least. The upscale hotels just don’t get it done in the HVAC department. You would think with the prices, a focus would be made on providing good HVAC. That has not been our experience. So, we just forgo the downtown type places whenever possible. Since we have a car on our travels, the location of the upscale hotels isn’t that important. That’s why we like to find our overnight stays where the HVAC is one of those big wall units that can be seen from the outside of the hotel.
