Interesting item ends up being refrigeration equipment
My friend and I go to sales and auctions and hope to get lucky.
It’s fun and exciting and sometimes we make money.
There are auctions in our town every Monday,Wednesday, and Thursday, and three on Saturday and Sundays. We rarely find incredible deals, but we always make our money back from the auction price. We have some friends that found a diamond ring valued over $60,000. We never found anything like that, but we always get excited to see what;s around the corner and under the tarp and inside the boxes. Last year, we found a box of rare coins that ended up with enormous value. My friend and I bought a new business truck with the windfall. That was probably our biggest ticket item and probably our most luxurious find. Recently, we found a storage unit that contained a lot of refrigeration equipment. My friend and I didn’t know what the items were, but we took them to a pawn shop. They immediately recognize the equipment as HVAC tools. They knew a couple of people that would be interested in the refrigeration equipment, and the pawn shop asked us to leave the items with them for consignment. My friend and I were surprised to find out that the items were refrigeration equipment and HVAC tools. They didn’t look common and that’s due to the fact that they were antiques. We made about $600 on the sale and the equipment went to a guy who owns an HVAC business and collects old items that are related to the trade.
