Sure, I have to pay the HVAC technician myself, but I save so much on rent that I can easily afford to pay the HVAC technician
I cannot believe that I own my one house with my own thermostat. I never thought that I would be able to own my own house. This is why I love living in the United States. No matter where you came from or who you are, you always have a chance of making your life better. While growing up, my parents never owned their own house. We always rented. I thought that owning a house was going to be too expensive, and I didn’t think that there was any way that I could do it. However, I found a great job, and now, I have learned that owning your own house is actually cheaper! I am so excited. There are so many things that make me happy about my house. Even the little things make me happy, like the HVAC units. When you live in a rental, you have no control over the HVAC units. You cannot decide to replace the furnace. You cannot decide to replace the central air conditioner. If you don’t have a central air conditioner, you cannot make the decision to throw out your window air conditioners and buy a central air conditioner. When you own your own house, you can upgrade the HVAC units whenever you want. Also, I never have to wait for the landlord to send an HVAC technician to fix my HVAC units. Sure, I have to pay the HVAC technician myself, but I save so much on rent that I can easily afford to pay the HVAC technician. I also was able to buy a nice thermostat that I can control. Nobody can tell me how to use my HVAC units, and that brings me a lot of joy.
